This CalorieONE Policy applies to the data collected by CalorieONE ("we", "We", "application", "Application").
CalorieONE is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality and security of your personal information. We provide this Privacy Policy to make our users aware of the steps we take to ensure the security of their data. Our primary goal in collecting and using information is to provide high-quality services to you.
By using the Application or by submitting any personal information, you agree to this policy and the processing of your data, including your personal information, in the manner provided in this Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.
We Do Not Collect Personal Information with Our Application
When you download and use our mobile application, we do not require you to provide any information and we do not collect any information about you or your device, except for (i) non-personal information about the duration the Application is used and how the Application is used, such as the screens viewed and actions taken within our mobile application; and (ii) your Calorie Diet Data. No personally identifiable information is stored on your device or sent back to our server regarding your use of the application. Any user names or passwords necessary for application "share" features (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) are not stored or used other than to share the content. Application usage information is tracked using Google Analytics for iOS, in accordance with their privacy policy, to allow us to determine which features are most popular, how they are being used, and how we can improve the application.
We Do Not Sell or Rent Your Email Address and Calorie Diet Data
We use Support Information only for the support for the internal operations of our Application as provided under Section 312.2 of the COPPA rules effective July 1, 2013. We do not rent, sell or share your email address and your Calorie Diet Data unless we have your express consent and in the following circumstances: (i) We may share your Support Information with our support providers, but only for the purpose of providing support to you. (iii) We may share your email address and/or Support Information: (a) to protect the security or integrity of our Application, (b) to take precautions against liability; (c) to respond to judicial process, or (d) to the extent permitted under other provisions of law, to provide information to law enforcement agencies or for an investigation on a matter related to public safety; and where such information is not used for any other purpose, all in compliance with Section 312.5(c)(6) of the COPPA rules effective July 1, 2013.
If You Are Under 13 Years of Age, Then Please Do Not Use the Application (Special Provisions for Children's Privacy)
We do not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information or non-personally-identifiable information from persons under 13 years of age, and our Application is never directed to persons under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use the Application at any time or in any manner. If we learn that personally identifiable information of persons under 13 years of age has been collected through the Application without verified parental consent, then we will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Please note that CalorieONE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Privacy Policy, at any time, effective by posting the updated version of the Privacy Policy on our server with the date of modification. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent and we expect that the majority of such changes will be minor. However, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice to our users.
